The Multi-Rater Assessment is designed to gather insights from multiple perspectives, including self-reflections and colleagues across levels. Your participation directly shapes how leadership invests in the team’s growth. The insights gathered will be used to:

How to access the Competency Model Multi-Rater Assessment

  1. You will receive an email from talent.support@zs.com with the assessment platform URL and your unique password.
  2. Click the URL provided in the email and log in using your email address as your username and your unique password provided in the email.
  3. Once logged in, you will see the assessments assigned to your account.
  4. Click the “Start” button to begin the assessment.

  • For technical assistance, please select the “GET HELP” button above. You will be contacted directly within 1–2 working days to resolve your issue promptly.
  • For questions on the Competency Model or how to approach the assessment, please contact XXXX.
  • Self-assessment: reflect on your own capabilities against the relevant competency model.
  • Feedback on others: provide input on a colleague’s capabilities based on your working relationship. This feedback is a critical input into their development and helps leadership understand how our team’s capabilities show up in practice.

Your specific assignments will be visible after signing in. Each assessment is anchored to the competency model for the role being assessed.

Yes. Depending on your role, you may be assigned to more than one assessment. Each assessment is important and contributes to a holistic view of capabilities across the team. Please complete all assessments assigned to your account by the deadline.

  • Every time you submit an answer to a question, your progress is automatically saved.
  • You can close it and resume at any time, and you can adjust your responses while the assessment is active.
  • Once you have answered every question, the “Sign-Off’ button will be activated. After selecting “Sign-Off” on the final screen, you will no longer be able to adjust your response.
  • Once assessment is complete, it cannot be retaken.

Once all assessments are submitted, the results will be reviewed and insights will be shared with relevant participants and stakeholders. Your leadership team will follow up with next steps and timelines.

  • Yes. Your responses are kept confidential.
  • Your responses are collected to generate individualized development insights and identify broader skill trends.
  • As a participant, your responses will be kept confidential within the ZS platform. Your responses will be accessible only to you and designated stakeholders (e.g., your manager, relevant leaders, or program administrators) in alignment with the goals of the assessment.
  • Aggregated and anonymized data may be used to identify trends, inform talent strategies, and improve learning, development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Individual participants will not be identified in these analyses.
  • Responses and personal data may be used when necessary to investigate, prevent, or act regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or if otherwise required by law. In such an event, an authorized incident investigator will have confidential data access, if required. To report potential concerns regarding ethics, compliance or other misconduct, contact XXXXX.
  • Your assessment responses will be processed and safeguarded in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy policies.
